In this second volume, we continue our pedagogical approach by renewing the approach of the formation of the organist. As in the first volume of this collection, our apprentice cook-organist will continue to explore the musical materials of popular songs and Christmas. He will become familiar with the themes of chorales and Gregorian songs, founders of the repertoire of the organ. He will also discover the characteristic flavors of the musical and specific aesthetics of the different European countries. For each one of them, we propose some tracks of listening because, to form the taste of our organist, it is necessary for him to feed himself and to listen to many other pieces than those which he is working. Polyphony is the heart and quintessence of the organ repertoire. That's why we propose a set of short pieces manualiter then pedaliter.
