The Pleasures Of Chant Volume 2. Medium / Serious Voice

This edition is addressed to singers but also to all musicians who love singing and want to easily have a wide range of music suitable for under-exercised voices (music training, for example). All the pieces were chosen not only for their musical qualities, but also for their educational effectiveness, thus favoring the good development of the young voices. The pieces of each collection are chosen for a given level, and are suitable for medium or low voices, who will sing with profit these parts not soliciting their acute, but never requiring a bass or a supported medium. We sought to scrupulously respect the original text of the selected pieces. Thus we have transcribed the measurement signs and original ornaments, without adapting them to the use of the nineteenth century, leaving the musicians the freedom to interpret them with taste. It is possible, of course, to make certain pieces work in vocalises, if the language poses problems, or as preliminary work to install the legato.
