RACHMANINOV SERGEI - 10 préludes op. 23 RACHMANINOV SERGEI - 13 préludes op. 32 RACHMANINOV SERGEI - Prélude op. 3-2
Taking advantage of the Prelude in C sharp minor op. 3 n ° 2, already composed in 1892 and quickly becoming famous, Rachmaninov wrote until 1910 two other collections of Preludes also published in one volume in 1911. Inspired by the corresponding models of Chopin, Scriabin or even Bach, the great grandfather , they form a cycle of 24 Preludes in all major and minor tones, but, unlike those of its predecessors, are not systematically classified according to tones. A last summit of postromantic piano music, which no pianist can escape!
