During my years of teaching with Natalia Flament at the CRR in Paris, I appreciated her commitment and knowledge of classical dance. Together we sought the fairest harmony between the dance movement and the musical phrase. Each exercise at the bar as in the center had its own character: sensitivity, poetry, nuances, dynamics, colors, power thanks to Natalia's ability to translate choreographic movements into a musical phrase. The restraints, the resonances, the accents, the anacrouses were in perfect connection with my explanations and my requirements of quality of movement. The diversity of his accompaniment gave each class a special atmosphere. The work with Natalia in my opinion could only be done with great complicity and emotional understanding.
