The young teachers are from the very beginning confronted with big responsibilities: to take charge of a class of dozens of students of different levels, of different ages, to work in a pedagogical team, to integrate into an administration sometimes and, naturally, the duty to lead each pupil for several years to the development of his technique and personality. It was essential that a book help them to find answers or advice to calmly face the first years of teaching.
